Pasture raised. No hormones used. Free range. Grass fed. It begins with the milk. When bufalas (buffalo) roam free at the foot of the Andes Mountains, they graze on the native grass. Their rich milk yields a fresh mozzarella cheese, with a creamy texture and clean flavor.

Directions
