The Liberty Duck, raised in Petaluma by famed fourth generation poultry farmer, Jim Reichardt, is simply fantastic. Tender and flavorful, these breasts are best pan-roasted skin side down until the skin is golden brown before turning over and finishing in the oven. Allow to rest before slicing and serving.  Each duck breast will serve 2 guests.
