Reheat the brisket with its jus in a covered casserole dish, in a 350°F oven for 25-30 minutes, or until hot.
Place the brisket in a microwave safe container and top with the additional jus and cover loosely. Heat on high for 4-6 minutes. Stop and stir every sixty seconds to ensure even heating.
