The newest addition to our holiday menu is a stunner. Served in an 11-inch reusable Spanish terra cotta cazuela, this gorgeous centerpiece is made with Rancho Gordo Royal Corona Beans, kale, fennel, turnips, and carrots. A sumptuous bean and kale stew is layered with kale pesto, herbed gluten-free breadcrumbs, and topped with sweet fennel, carrots, and turnips before being baked. Just finish in the oven and you'll have an incredible vegetarian main dish or a unique alternative side to stuffing or mashed potatoes. Would also be a great accompaniment to any meat dish. Each cassoulet serves 8 to 12 guests.  -Sam M
