This recipe from Sam's mom has been a holiday staple at Bi-Rite - and on many of our guests' holiday tables - for decades. One of Sam's childhood favorites, sweet, roasted carrots are tossed with a bright, creamy tahini dressing.

Carrots, Tahini (Sesame Seeds), Lemon Juice, Cider Vinegar, Braggs Amino Acids, Salt, Black Pepper, Parsley with Grapeseed, Olive & Rice Bran Oils

1 Pound Serves 3 to 4 Guests

Place veggies in a shallow casserole dish and roast at 350°F until hot, roughly 15-20 minutes.

Heat on high for 3-5 minutes, or until heated through. Stop and stir every sixty seconds to ensure even heating.
