For anyone who ever thought there wasn't enough dark meat on your table! Our chefs take Mary's Non-GMO turkey legs and thighs and first soak them in red wine, herbs, and spices overnight, before slow-braising them with tomato, chicken stock, and red wine. Once cool, the bones are removed, and the braising liquid is reduced to intensify the flavor then poured back over the dark meat. The resulting flavor is deeply rich, with tomato & red wine notes.

Remove the plastic lid & cover with foil. Heat in a 350°F oven for 25-30 minutes, or until hot.

Remove the plastic lid, cover with a microwave-safe lid and heat on high for 4-6 minutes in the microwave-safe aluminum container, or until heated through. Stop & stir every 60 seconds to ensure even heating.
